Do we submit client works or client images for judging?
Yes, we take our favorite images from our clients’ sessions and, on occasion, will submit it for competition. We rarely set up shoots and/or work on images just for competition. We want what’s entered into competition to fairly represent our day-to-day work. This allows us to know the level of professional images we are producing for our clients. This allows our clients to know that they are getting professional standard portraits or better from us. This is our goal as fine art portrait photographers.
Why do we enter our client work into award competition?
We compete to improve our work. We want to receive judges’ feedbacks with our client works so that we continue to grow and improve as artists. This ensures that every client is getting our best work to date.
